Codepen
Jan 3rd at 5:59pm
My codepen profile has several modules that I've written that can be viewed interactively. Most examples are specific to Ionic and AngularJS.

Ionic
July 5th at 11:45am
Ionic has tons of great helper services to make mobile development easier using Angular. The community is growing and there's a wide space to make contributions to. Some of the projects I've worked on are an extension of tinder cards, a swoosh cards module, and incorporation of additional animation classes to the modal service.

I'm responsible for the development of the UpNest mobile application using the Ionic Framework which involves the overlay of several technologies including Cordova (abstracted), SASS, Angular, Gulp, and Git. I oversee all aspects of development including architecture, design implementation, and server interaction. The project is currently in development but is expected to be launched for iOS and Android.

Upnest - Web App
April 18th at 2:30pm
At Upnest, I'm responsible for implementing design mocks across the client-facing site and admin portals according to company coding guidelines, typically utilizing HTML, CSS, JS, JSP, and Struts. I'm allocated roughly 70% toward re-designs and fixing issues and the other 30% is dedicated to developing the Upnest mobile application.

As part of a collaborative project, I most recently worked with a startup, Stroll Health, along with Chris Trevino (Hack Reactor grad) to create their patient web and mobile platforms using Angular/Ionic/Cordova/Node/Express. The demo is available online, however, due to authentication & verification certifications, more of the app can't be viewed. Here's a screenshot of the our facility search page!

With Ionic/Cordova with Angular.JS, we were able to reuse all of the controller logic from the web app to produce the mobile iOS mobile app.

We Are Hunted
December 24 at 8:35pm
A recreation of www.wearehunted.com which was purchased by Twitter and rebranded as Twitter Music. It was shut down not too long after but it was a great place to find independent music artists. I developed the front-end of the site and recreated some of coolest features of the original site. The SoundCloud API was used to stream the music.

HR 21 Profile
December 24 at 8:35pm
This is a data visualization project using d3.js that shows the statistical profile of all the members of Hack Reactor 21. It includes things about their past and also a tidbit about where they'd like to be afterward. The project was modularized using requireJS and is available on my github.

Go By Seeing
December 24 at 8:35pm
A travel website focused on providing a library of pictures of "Things To Do" in Europe with the intent of helping travelers decide what they should do on their trip. This was my first website built from top-to-bottom and includes a profile system, image upload, and a widget that allows users to copy and paste a snippet of html to display images from specific "Things To Do" on their personal websites/blogs.

I travelled around Europe for a few months and wanted to showcase them in such a way that they could be used by anybody with the custom widget.

CSS3: Preserve 3D Demo
December 24 at 8:35pm
Preserve 3D is a feature of CSS3 that allows you to render elements on a 3D plane rather than the default 2D. When paired with keyframe animations, preserve 3D can produce graphics that one would swear couldn't possibly be done with pure CSS. This is a demo demonstrating several complex graphics that be made with this feature.

A demo featuring things that can be done purely with HTML5 and CSS3 (one demo has Javascript) including plaid-like linear-gradients, speech bubbles using :before & :after, different variations of box-shadow, illustrations with SVG, CSS & SVG loading spinners, and complex keyframe animations.
